Start with why
We all do our best when we remember that our work matters.
Blame the process, not the people
Most people want to do their best, but they get stuck in the way it's always been done.
Focus on low and no-cost solutions
Budgets are always tight, but there's always solutions to be found without adding staff or tech.
The experts are the people who do the work
The staff who've done this work for years know the problems and have the answers -- if they're given space to try things.
