With our On-Demand format, we're able to cut the price in half and provide training anytime, anywhere according to each participant's own pace!

Skills to transform public service, put into practice

Lean Leaders™ learn practical problem-solving tools derived from Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and work with their supervisor and leaders in their department to identify a real-world process problem to work on throughout the training. You'll have 1-1 coaching sessions with our PPI experts to help you immediately apply what you learn to your own business process. You'll leave the program a certified Lean Leader, equipped to lead your own improvement projects and make lasting, measurable change! Update: Lean Leaders is now accredited as a Credentialed Government Leader (CGL) course through the Municipal Management Association of Northern California (a full credit in Creative and Critical Thinking domain).
